Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Move Manager to join our team at Red Recruit, a leading expert in Removals, Relocations, and Global Mobility.

About the Role: As a Customer Service Move Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and assistance throughout the move process.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary contact for customers, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during the move process.
  • Coordinate logistics for each move, ensuring a seamless transition and timely delivery.
  • Manage paperwork and documentation required for shipping, including contracts and invoices.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient service delivery and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized support and ensuring their needs are met.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need prior experience in customer service roles, preferably within the removals industry. Excellent communication skills, a friendly phone demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
