Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Move Manager to join our team at Red Recruit, a leading expert in Removals, Relocations, and Global Mobility.

About the Role: As a Customer Service Move Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and assistance throughout the move process.

  • Customer Support: Act as the main liaison between customers and our team, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the logistics for each move, ensuring a smooth transition and timely delivery.
  • Paperwork Management: Manage and maintain accurate records of contracts, invoices, and relevant documents.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient service delivery and meet customer expectations.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service roles, preferably within the removals industry. Excellent communication skills, a friendly phone demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
