Role Overview
We are in search of motivated and skilled professionals to enhance our Client Services Hub. The selected candidates will play a pivotal role in supporting our 24/7 operations, ensuring robust systems and controls to effectively monitor client interactions. This position is crucial for upholding compliance standards and minimizing financial crime risks within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Support: Provide comprehensive assistance to global clients, addressing all incoming inquiries.
- Monitoring and Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations on transaction alerts and wallet activities, adhering to guidelines from the Financial Crime Prevention team.
- Risk Identification: Recognize and escalate potential suspicious activities and financial crime risks arising from client interactions.
- Guidance and Training: Offer support to analysts involved in transaction monitoring and screening, delivering timely advice and training on suspicious activities.
- Client Onboarding: Aid the onboarding team with KYC and information requests from external parties.
- Risk Management: Analyze data to compile risk metrics and manage financial crime risks effectively.
- Process Improvement: Review and enhance departmental procedures, driving system and process improvements.
- Operational Support: Assist with various operational tasks as required.
- 24/7 Coverage: Participate in client support in a 'follow the sun' model, with flexibility for weekend work.
Additional Responsibilities
- Platform Support: Provide assistance across trading, operations, settlement, custody, and collateral management platforms.
- Digital Asset Knowledge: While familiarity with digital assets is advantageous, experience in supporting trading or custody of financial instruments is highly valued.
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in client services within banking or large financial institutions.
- Understanding of the post-trade landscape and associated services.
- Experience with post-trade services, ideally in a custodian or asset management role, with a keen interest in disruptive technologies and digital assets.
- Ability to report efficiently to management and risk teams.
- Experience working in a diverse, distributed team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence for client interactions.
