Marketing Operations Specialist

USHR Talent is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join a dynamic Professional Services firm, responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the Marketing department, ensuring that all initiatives are executed with precision and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will lead the management of marketing technologies, data analysis, process enhancements, and collaborative efforts across teams to optimize marketing strategies and meet organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement enhancements to streamline marketing operations, foster collaboration, and minimize inefficiencies.
  • Campaign Management: Partner with the Marketing team to guarantee the effective execution of marketing campaigns, including planning, coordination, and performance assessment.
  • Financial Oversight: Support the management of the marketing budget, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of all expenditures.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product, and other divisions to align marketing strategies with broader business goals.
  • Marketing Technology Oversight: Supervise the deployment, integration, and management of marketing technologies (e.g., CRM systems, marketing automation tools, analytics platforms) to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Create and maintain detailed marketing dashboards and reports. Analyze marketing data to deliver insights and recommendations for campaign enhancement and performance improvement.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities adhere to industry regulations and best practices. Stay informed about the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel).
  • Excellent project management abilities with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with agile marketing methodologies.
