Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Oversight: Craft and implement a thorough performance marketing strategy across diverse digital platforms (including SEM, social media, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and email campaigns).
  • Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-achieving marketing team, nurturing a culture of creativity and ongoing enhancement.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics and data insights to inform decision-making, optimize marketing campaigns, and enhance return on investment.
  • Financial Stewardship: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation for maximum effectiveness.

  • Market Intelligence: Remain informed about industry trends, new technologies, and competitor movements to keep our strategies innovative and relevant.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Expertise: Demonstrated success in managing extensive performance marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Analytical Acumen: A strong analytical approach with the capability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in guiding and developing high-performing teams.
