About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Clinical Administrator for Community Services. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide high-quality clerical and administrative support to our Bassetlaw Local Mental Health Team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support to the team, including reception duties and telephone enquiries.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date healthcare records, including computerised systems and databases.
  3. Monitor patient and visitor attendance, manage incoming mail, and coordinate healthcare appointments.
  4. Process correspondence, including letters, memos, and reports, and transfer files for archiving.
  5. Input clinical data and maintain records, identifying health and safety practices as required.
  6. Participate in training courses and updates, and contribute to the team's success by providing cover for sickness and annual leave.
