We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Clinical Administrator to join our Community Services team at Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the team, including maintaining accurate records, managing correspondence, and coordinating appointments.
- Ensure the efficient operation of our reception area, including handling telephone enquiries, managing incoming mail, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Work closely with the team to provide cover for sickness and annual leave as required.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, service users, and external agencies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
- NVQ Level 2 Business Administration or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent IT skills and knowledge of IT systems, including SystmOne/RIO.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide cover for sickness and annual leave as required.
