About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Records Coordinator to join our team at Doncaster & Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS FT. As a key member of our Medical Records Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and availability of patient records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure patient records are accurately filed and stored in a secure manner
  • Process and manage patient records, including merging and amalgamating casenotes
  • Prepare and deliver patient records for outpatient clinics
  • Provide administrative support to the Medical Records Department
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • GCSE/O Level English Language or equivalent qualification/relevant experience
  • Clerical experience of filing systems, data input, and organization of workload
  • Admin/Office experience
