Job Title: Account and Data Executive

At HH Global, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account and Data Executive to join our team. As a key member of our client services department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical input and advice on print projects as required.
  2. Deliver a high level of customer service and ensure that client needs are met and exceeded.
  3. Monitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification and on time.
  4. Maintain a full understanding of the broad range of HH's services and work closely with internal departments to provide clients with digital services that complement their print.
  5. Work as a team to help deliver contractual requirements, prepare presentations, and complete necessary account admin and reporting.
  6. Work with Account Director to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
  7. Ensure profit is maximized through analysis of performance and implementation of cost-saving initiatives.
  8. Deliver services to meet and exceed contracted SLA's and KPI's.
  9. Ensure compliance with Regulatory and Company policies.
Requirements:
  1. Numerate with a strong commercial understanding and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
  2. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  3. Strong time management and prioritization skills, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
  4. Has a project management mind-set and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  5. Process driven, with an eye to sales and business development, and ability to identify opportunities for growth.
  6. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Apps is preferred but not essential.
  7. Experience in troubleshooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures is preferred.
  8. Experience in liaising directly with clients and advising on campaign print/digital solutions is preferred.
  9. Experience of end-to-end campaign and stock management.
  10. Account management experience, working within a contracted environment to strict SLAs and KPIs.
  11. Previous experience working in print/print management/print buying/marketing print procurement essential.
