Position Summary:
As the leader of the store team, your primary focus will be on enhancing sales performance and optimizing store profitability while delivering exceptional customer service. You will strive to surpass your store's performance indicators and uphold the company's standards in all operations, representing the brand with professionalism.

Customer Engagement

  • Ensure customer loyalty through outstanding service.
  • Address inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Foster collaboration within your team to achieve superior service levels.
  • Understand and utilize customer satisfaction metrics and feedback tools.

Sales Management

  • Achieve and aim to exceed sales targets.
  • Utilize analytical reports to inform strategic sales decisions.
  • Manage in-store technology to broaden product offerings.
  • Effectively analyze store performance metrics to enhance customer engagement.

Visual Presentation

  • Implement company visual merchandising guidelines to maintain high standards.
  • Utilize innovative visual strategies to attract and engage customers.
  • Ensure all products are prominently displayed and accessible.
  • Regularly update displays and promotional materials in line with company standards.

Team Development

  • Support the growth of team members and encourage career advancement.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to uphold high operational standards.
  • Monitor team progress and ensure completion of necessary training assessments.
  • Prioritize management training through available resources.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience in retail management is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
