Position Summary:
As the Store Manager, you will lead your team to enhance sales performance and optimize store profitability while ensuring outstanding customer service. Your role will involve consistently meeting and exceeding store KPIs while upholding company standards and guidelines. Most importantly, you will represent our brand with professionalism.

Customer Service Responsibilities:

  • Foster customer loyalty by delivering exceptional service.
  • Address inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high service standards.
  • Understand and utilize customer satisfaction metrics and feedback.

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and strive to surpass sales targets.
  • Utilize sales reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage in-store technology to broaden product offerings.
  • Analyze key performance indicators to enhance store operations.

Visual Merchandising Duties:

  • Implement company visual standards and maintain aesthetic appeal.
  • Engage customers through innovative visual displays.
  • Ensure all products are prominently displayed and accessible.
  • Regularly update displays in line with merchandising guidelines.

Training and Development:

  • Mentor team members and support their career advancement.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to uphold high operational standards.
  • Monitor team progression and ensure completion of training assessments.
  • Prioritize management development through in-house training programs.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in retail management is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
