Senior Income and Engagement Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Income and Engagement Officer to join our team at Prospectus-4.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase participation in our campaigns and grow unrestricted income.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and executing campaigns to acquire, retain, and develop individual supporters
- Leading our legacy programme and managing the Income & Engagement Assistant to ensure first-class supporter care processes
- Collaborating with the Director of Income & Engagement to deepen relationships between War on Want and its individual supporters
The ideal candidate will have a passion for political activism and a proven track record of working across multiple channels, including tele-marketing, direct mail, and digital.
We offer a competitive salary of £46,636 and a hybrid working arrangement, with one day a month at our head office.
