We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Fines Enforcement Officer. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective enforcement of financial penalties imposed by the criminal courts.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the court to ensure monetary orders are enforced effectively.
- Use various tools and systems to aid tracing and recovery of fines, including Government tools and in-house bespoke computer systems.
- Carry out sanctions in accordance with the Courts Act and undertake telephone debt recovery work to assist effective enforcement of orders.
- Make effective decisions regarding defaulters' next course of enforcement and answer verbal and written enquiries.
- Undertake general administrative duties, including photocopying, faxing, telephone, filing, archiving, printing, and post.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize workloads and adapt to changing priorities.
- Good team player with a strong ability to put the customer at the forefront of everything you do.
- Resilient, resourceful, and adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced organization.
