Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Planning Enforcement Officer to join our team on an interim basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for enforcing planning regulations and ensuring compliance with local authority policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce planning regulations and ensure compliance with local authority policies
- Conduct site visits to monitor compliance and identify potential issues
- Develop and implement strategies to address non-compliance
- Collaborate with local authorities and other stakeholders to resolve planning issues
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Planning Enforcement Officer
- Experience and confidence in dealing with Gypsy & Traveller enforcement cases/sites
- Ability to travel to the area at least once per fortnight for site visits
About the Role: This is a remote-based opportunity with site visits required on a regular basis. The successful candidate will be working closely with our client to ensure compliance with planning regulations and policies.
