Key Responsibilities:

  • Enforce planning regulations and ensure compliance with local authority policies
  • Conduct site visits to monitor compliance and identify potential issues
  • Develop and implement strategies to address non-compliance
  • Collaborate with local authorities and other stakeholders to resolve planning issues

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Planning Enforcement Officer
  • Experience and confidence in dealing with Gypsy & Traveller enforcement cases/sites
  • Ability to travel to the area at least once per fortnight for site visits

About the Role: This is a remote-based opportunity with site visits required on a regular basis. The successful candidate will be working closely with our client to ensure compliance with planning regulations and policies.
