About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic town planning professional to join our Enforcement and Monitoring team as a Planning Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact in our area and develop your career in the field of enforcement and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving, recording, investigating, and making recommendations on alleged breaches of planning control
  • Participating in proactive condition compliance and enforcement avoidance through monitoring of planning decisions
  • Supporting the delivery of Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG)
About You

We are looking for an environmentally orientated planning professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving. You will have a personal growth mindset and be committed to becoming a reliable and respected planning practitioner in the field of enforcement. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships and confidence in our service are essential.
