As the Head of FP&A, you will be responsible for overseeing all planning and business partnering functions within the finance team. Key Performance Indicators

You will be accountable for all FP&A activities to deliver robust planning and support decision making. This includes tracking progress against business cases and plans, and ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are effectively used to measure performance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple demands and priorities. You will also need to be a qualified finance leader, with experience in delivering comprehensive financial planning processes for a fast-paced organization.

In return for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary of £80,000-£100,000, plus a 20% bonus. You will also have the opportunity to work with a talented finance leadership team, and to learn from their expertise.
