Job Summary

The Sales Associate will play a critical role in providing a positive shopping experience for our customers by assisting with receiving, stocking, and pricing merchandise, as well as maintaining a clean and orderly store environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and is looking to join a dynamic and growing company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, and pricing merchandise, including lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for long periods of time.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly store environment, including the sales floor, stock room, and outdoor merchandise area.
  • Assist with daily maintenance, including cleaning, dusting, and restocking shelves.
  • Provide assistance to Department Specialists, including price changes and special orders.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Participate in store meetings and contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Formal retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

Compensation

$12 - $14 per hour.
