Compensation: £11.75 per hour with an additional Sunday premium of £2.93 per hour.

Work Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday.
As a part of Royal Mail Property & Facilities Solutions, you will operate from 0800 to 1415, either collaborating with a team or working independently, ensuring the maintenance of high service standards for our clients. Please be aware that shift times may be adjusted with little notice.
Role Overview
In this position, you will be tasked with maintaining cleanliness across various locations within designated postcode areas, covering for annual leave and absences. Your responsibilities will include a range of cleaning activities such as mopping, restroom sanitation, wall washing, vacuuming, waste disposal, and thorough dusting and sanitizing of surfaces, all performed to a professional standard.
While experience with cleaning equipment is beneficial, comprehensive training will be provided. This role involves physical challenges and manual handling tasks.
Driving Requirements: Due to the nature of the role and the distances between locations, a full UK driving license with no more than six penalty points is required. A work vehicle (van) will be supplied, and fuel expenses for travel between sites will be covered.
Candidate Profile
Previous experience in cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly demeanor, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to interact effectively with clients and management while adhering to Health & Safety regulations.
We seek a reliable, self-driven individual with a keen attention to detail. You should be capable of managing your own time and working independently, as supervision will be remote.
