Compensation: £11.75 per hour, with an additional Sunday premium of £2.93 per hour.

Working Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday.
As a member of the Royal Mail Property & Facilities Solutions team, you will operate from 0800 to 1415, either collaborating with a team or working independently at various locations, ensuring we uphold the high standards of service our clients expect.
Role Overview:
In this position, you will be tasked with maintaining cleanliness across multiple sites, addressing needs such as annual leave and absences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Mopping and sanitizing floors
- Cleaning restrooms
- Washing walls
- Vacuuming
- Emptying waste bins
- Dusting and disinfecting surfaces
While experience with cleaning equipment is beneficial, comprehensive training will be provided. This role requires physical stamina and involves manual handling tasks.
Driving Requirements: A full UK driving license with no more than six penalty points is necessary due to the nature of the role and the distances between locations. A work vehicle (van) will be supplied, along with fuel expenses for travel between sites.
Candidate Profile:
Previous experience in cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to interact effectively with clients and management while adhering to Health & Safety regulations.
We seek a reliable, self-motivated individual with a keen attention to detail. You should be capable of managing your own time and working independently, as you will be supervised remotely.
