We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Engineer to provide exceptional service in the field, focusing on our life sciences and diagnostics instrumentation. This position involves hands-on engagement with our product lines, ensuring that customer requirements are met with the utmost quality.

The Customer Support Engineer will represent Revvity, delivering high standards of service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute field service tasks as directed by Customer Care, collaborating with the Service / Team Leader. Responsibilities include installation, maintenance, and repair of our Life Science / Diagnostics instruments, initially focusing on Reproductive Health Screening. Provide first-line training to users on our systems. Schedule and conduct routine maintenance as assigned. Ensure all documentation, including circuit diagrams and Service Data Bulletins, are up-to-date for servicing specific instruments. Maintain ancillary documentation such as Safety and Procedures Manuals, ensuring they meet the highest standards through regular reviews. Align personal work practices with departmental performance objectives, demonstrating compliance with team targets. Keep accurate records of personal service spares and inventory, promptly reporting and resolving any discrepancies. Ensure all tools and testing equipment are suitable for service tasks and calibrated as required. Complete all Work Orders and related documentation promptly, ensuring timely submission of E-Learning, Expense Claims, and Vehicle forms. Undertake specific tasks as outlined in the Company Culture's Goal statements.

Qualifications:

Relevant educational background or equivalent experience (e.g., Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or Biotechnology). Experience in a customer service role, preferably within Life Science instrument applications. Excellent communication skills. Strong commitment to customer service. Willingness to travel. Valid driving license.
