About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our People team at GB Bank. As an Apprenticeship Partner, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing HR approaches to support the delivery of our strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advice and guidance to the business on people-related matters, including hiring, org design, talent, performance, and culture.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support the delivery of our strategic priorities.
  • Work closely with all areas of the business to ensure seamless people experiences.
  • Manage our benefit schemes, internal comms, and ensure the basics are executed to the highest standard.
  • Provide value-adding and commercially astute advice on all people-related matters.
  • Balance the demands of the business with the need to continually improve and build solid foundations.
  • Build positive relationships with the team and become a trusted advisor for leaders in all aspects of people/culture.
