The Role:

We are seeking a skilled People Partner to join our team at D&D London. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide HR support and guidance to our restaurant managers, ensuring that our people policies and procedures are followed at all times.

Cover The Restaurant:

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our Head of People Operations and other senior partners to support a cluster of restaurants. You will be responsible for providing HR support and guidance to our restaurant managers, as well as working alongside our talent team to support recruitment strategies.

The Location:

As a People Partner, you will work between our Support Office and our restaurants, providing HR support and guidance to our restaurant managers. You will be responsible for promoting our values throughout our restaurants and ensuring that our people policies and procedures are followed at all times.

Contract:

This is a Maternity Cover (12 Months) position, providing an opportunity to work with our team and make a real impact on our business.

What you will do:
  1. Provide HR support and guidance to our restaurant managers.
  2. Work closely with our Head of People Operations and other senior partners to support a cluster of restaurants.
  3. Support the recruitment strategies and talent management.
  4. Promote our values throughout our restaurants.
  5. Ensure that our people policies and procedures are followed at all times.
  6. Support the Learning and Development team in rolling out training and onboarding of new employees.
  7. Deliver people-based projects when needed.
  8. Provide up-to-date, legal and commercially focused advice and guidance to the senior management team and other managers.
  9. Actively monitor data on labour costs, employment relations and sickness absence to identify trends, risks and cost-saving opportunities and agree relevant action plans with Operations Directors.
