As part of the University of Greenwich's ambitious plans to grow its apprenticeship provision, we are seeking a Senior Apprenticeship Coordinator to coordinate our apprenticeship activities at faculty level.

This role will support the learner journey from enrolment to gateway, working closely with faculty and university colleagues to ensure a good learner experience throughout.

The successful candidate will deliver excellent customer service, establishing and maintaining effective systems and procedures, and analysing problems to recommend appropriate solutions.

They will also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, communicating effectively with a wide range of people, including staff, learners, and employer partners.

Please note, there is a minimum requirement of 2 days a week working onsite, one of which will be a fixed day at the Greenwich Campus.
