Administrative Support Role - Apprenticeship Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidate to join our team as an Administrative Support Assistant (Apprenticeship). This role offers the chance to gain valuable work experience while completing an apprenticeship programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management: Organise and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Liaison with Senior Management: Maintain open communication channels to ensure seamless coordination and updates.
  • Administrative Tasks: Scanning and uploading files, preparing correspondence, processing invoices, proofreading documents, and ordering stationery.
  • Support Services: Collecting, opening, and distributing post, taking deliveries, and arranging lunches and hospitality.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, using own initiative and discretion.
