Job Title: Senior System Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Engineer to join our team at Motorola Solutions. As a Senior System Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex system architectures, ensuring the security and integrity of our network infrastructure, and providing technical leadership to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement system architectures that meet the needs of our business
  • Ensure the security and integrity of our network infrastructure
  • Provide technical leadership to our team and mentor junior engineers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of system design principles and network architecture
  • Experience with VMware and NSX
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Server Family and network principles
  • Experience with SIP technologies and WebRTC
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
