Job Title: Senior System Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Engineer to join our team at Motorola Solutions. As a Senior System Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex system architectures, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems, and providing technical leadership to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement system architectures that meet the needs of our business
  • Ensure the security and integrity of our systems through regular monitoring and maintenance
  • Provide technical leadership to our team, including mentoring and training
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the field

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of system design principles and architecture
  • Experience with VMware and NSX
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Server Family, including core servers, high availability, and IIS
  • Understanding of network principles, WAN technologies, routing, and global load balancing
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL and SIP technologies
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong business/customer-facing experience
