Job Title: Senior System Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Engineer to join our team at Motorola Solutions. As a Senior System Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex system architectures, ensuring the security and integrity of our network infrastructure, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement system architectures that meet business requirements and ensure scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, develop project plans, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, configuration files, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other teams as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure our systems remain secure and efficient.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of system-level design principles, network protocols, and security best practices.
  • Experience with VMware, NSX, Microsoft Server Family, and other relevant technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
