Position: Administrative Support Specialist (Temporary)


We are excited to present an excellent opportunity for an individual to join a prominent global manufacturing firm in an Administrative Support Specialist role on a temporary basis.


Your Role:

You will be responsible for providing essential administrative support, managing incoming calls as a switchboard operator, and assisting various departments with their administrative needs.


Key Attributes:
  • Comfortable engaging with customers over the phone
  • Possess solid IT skills and proficiency in computer usage
  • Prior experience in administrative roles, such as a personal assistant or receptionist, is advantageous but not mandatory

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Answering and routing phone calls
  • Utilizing internal systems for processing tasks
  • Scanning and organizing documents
  • Performing general administrative duties
