We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Support Specialist to join our team. As an Executive Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our executive leadership team, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of their schedules, tasks, and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex scheduling and calendar management for the executive leadership team
  • Coordinate travel logistics, including accommodation and transportation
  • Arrange customer visits, including venue selection and refreshments
