About the Role

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team at our Ashchurch, Gloucestershire site. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a key role in providing technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first and second line support for bespoke and niche systems
  • Respond to helpdesk queries and troubleshoot basic issues
  • Guide users and perform system maintenance
  • Test and deploy new systems
Requirements
  • Linux administration experience
  • Virtualisation management (VMware) skills
  • Windows administration experience
  • Proven experience working in 1st and 2nd line support
