About the Role

As an IT Support Specialist at Babcock, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our existing busy team by bringing continuous professionalism and knowledge to the service provided to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing first and second line support for bespoke and niche systems
  • Incident management, system commissioning, technical advice, and asset and system management
  • Responding to helpdesk queries, troubleshooting basic issues, guiding users, and performing system maintenance
  • Testing and deployment of systems
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Linux administration experience
  • Virtualisation management (VMware) skills
  • Windows administration knowledge
  • Proven experience working in 1st and 2nd line support
