We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at The Lignum Group.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing a regional roofing sales strategy, driving product performance, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a regional sales plan to increase sales and market share
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to inform business decisions
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the roofing or building products industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends
