Restaurant Operations Manager

We're seeking an exceptional Assistant Restaurant General Manager to join our team at KFC UK. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants, driving sales and profitability, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with day-to-day restaurant operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability, while maintaining high-quality standards and upholding our brand's reputation.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they have the skills and confidence to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other managers to maintain high-quality standards, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
