Position Overview

As a Healthcare Administrative Coordinator, you will be essential in facilitating a seamless experience for patients at our facilities. Your role will encompass delivering exceptional administrative support and ensuring efficient operations within our imaging services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients with professionalism and courtesy, guiding them from arrival to departure.
  • Manage telephone and in-person inquiries promptly, providing accurate information and prioritizing requests as necessary.
  • Schedule clinically validated appointments using our internal systems.
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing of payments, collecting them on the day of service.
  • Track and disseminate imaging data and reports as needed.
  • Utilize relevant IT systems to enhance the quality of our imaging services.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly reports.
  • Adhere to ISO standards, maintaining confidentiality and data protection.
  • Report incidents, feedback, or complaints effectively.
  • Maintain a patient-centric approach to support the business's commercial success.
