Role Purpose

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Stop Smoking Service Administrator to join our team in Solihull. You will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our new Stop Smoking service, ensuring efficient administration and contributing to the success of our programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Stop Smoking Service, including managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient databases, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to data protection policies.
  • Liaise effectively with health professionals, colleagues, and clients, providing excellent customer service and resolving queries promptly.
  • Contribute to the efficient running of the office, including general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining supplies.
  • Support the Service Lead in various administrative duties, such as monitoring workload, tracking progress against targets, and assisting with project coordination.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using databases and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • A commitment to providing high-quality customer service and maintaining confidentiality.
