Job Title: Aftersales Customer Services Executive

The Delta Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Aftersales Customer Services Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Services Team, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with delivering POS materials, fulfilling campaign orders, managing library stock, and maintaining the platforms and systems that support these services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update client databases with accurate and up-to-date information
  • Verify data integrity to ensure seamless client interactions
  • Process client invoices in a timely and efficient manner
  • Monitor campaign and library performance through regular dashboard updates
  • Establish a high level of understanding of our management systems to provide exceptional support
  • Identify and flag urgent and high-profile orders and requests
  • Support the team with knowledge and experience to resolve issues and manage workloads
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer service expectations and provide exceptional support
  • Utilize strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, to create schedules and distribute to all parties involved in a project
