  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
  • Participate in foraging and sourcing activities to enhance menu offerings.
  • Support the pub's events and wedding business by providing exceptional culinary services.

  • Work alongside a talented team of 3 senior chefs and a kitchen porter to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
  • Be part of a dynamic and passionate team that values creativity, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Able to work well under pressure and maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Own transport is essential due to the rural location of the pub.
