Key Responsibilities:
As a Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in our kitchen team, which consists of three senior chefs and a kitchen porter. You will assist in preparing modern British and European dishes, focusing on fresh, seasonal produce. The menus are dynamic and frequently change to reflect the best available ingredients.
This role also involves catering for various events, including parties and weddings, providing a diverse range of culinary experiences.
