ROLE OVERVIEW:

This position encompasses a full-cycle recruitment role, balancing client management and new business development within the manufacturing sector. You will handle both temporary and permanent placements.

As a Recruitment Consultant at Manpower, you will have the opportunity to advance your skills to a senior level while capitalizing on market prospects. You will be responsible for nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and successfully placing candidates in suitable roles.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the Manpower business and manage the complete recruitment desk.
  • Actively enhance your professional profile and personal brand on social media platforms to optimize candidate selection.
  • Effectively source candidates through various channels.
  • Establish new client relationships using diverse strategies.
  • Achieve or surpass revenue goals through both new and existing client accounts.
  • Provide a comprehensive sales solution to clients, ensuring end-to-end engagement.
  • Utilize sales, business development, and marketing techniques to attract new business.
  • Leverage market insights to approach clients with a consultative approach, delivering high-quality service and added value.
  • Represent the company as a knowledgeable expert during face-to-face client meetings.
  • Mentor junior consultants, ensuring consistency in performance and behavior against targets.
