- Office-based role, Monday to Friday (weekends off).

ROLE OVERVIEW:
This position encompasses a full 360 Recruitment role, balancing account management with new business development in the manufacturing sector. It involves both temporary and permanent recruitment.
As a Recruitment Consultant at Manpower, you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills to a senior level while maximizing market potential. You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients and successfully placing candidates in suitable roles.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive the Manpower business and manage the complete recruitment desk.
- Actively enhance your profile and personal brand on professional platforms to optimize candidate selection.
- Effectively source candidates using various recruitment channels.
- Develop new client relationships through diverse strategies.
- Achieve or surpass revenue targets with both new and existing clients.
- Provide a comprehensive sales solution to clients, ensuring end-to-end engagement.
- Utilize sales, business development, and marketing techniques to attract new business.
- Leverage market data and insights to engage clients in a consultative manner, delivering high-quality service and added value.
- Represent the company as a knowledgeable expert during face-to-face client meetings.
- Mentor junior consultants, ensuring consistency in performance and behavior against targets.

- Strong commitment to developing the talent pool with a long-term perspective on career advancement.
- Exceptional listening and consulting skills to understand client requirements.
- Clear and confident communication abilities.
- Proven ability to generate business from both warm and cold leads.
- Financially motivated with a desire to earn substantial commission.
