We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Advisor to join our team at Robert Webb Recruitment. As a trusted advisor, you will provide expert guidance on health and safety matters, conducting audits and assessments, and developing tailored management systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive health and safety audits and fire risk assessments to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety management systems and policies to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Provide practical advice on a wide range of health and safety issues, including risk management, emergency procedures, and employee training.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops for clients to promote a culture of safety and well-being.
  • Identify and pursue organic growth opportunities within client contracts to drive business success.
  • Act as a lead consultant on designated client accounts, ensuring consistent service delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest health and safety legislation and best practices, advising clients on compliance and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a health and safety advisor or consultant across various industries.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety legislation and best practices, including NEBOSH certification and working towards CMIOSH status.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate clients.
  • Proficient in MS Office and OH&S software systems, with a full UK driving license and own vehicle.
