Job Role

As a key member of the Hatched Recruitment Group team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support across our division. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality customer service, ensuring that all visitors and callers receive prompt and professional assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our services, adhering to strict confidentiality procedures and health and safety protocols.
  • Deal with children, young people, and families who may be facing difficulties, requiring a sensitive and professional approach.
  • Undertake various administrative tasks to meet service targets and drive continuous improvement, enabling frontline staff to focus on delivering core business functions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, government guidelines, and statistical returns to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Provide guidance and information on processes and procedures to social work practitioners and managers.
  • Update complex information systems, ensuring accurate and reliable data for statutory returns and local datasets.
  • Collate, prepare, and provide information reports for practitioners and managers using Business Objects and Excel.
  • Scan and upload documents to the information system, ensuring accuracy and proper disposal of paper documents.
