Fox Morris are working with Southwark Council in relations to finding a Customer Service Officer (Leasehold/Council Tax/Housing Income) to start work ASAP

**Responsibilities**
- Logistically carrying out the project.
- Creating written communication to the leaseholders. 4. Record keeping for the project and database.
- Being professional with all stakeholders and in all forms of communication. 6. Helping to ensuring the project keeps to time and budget.
- To produce reports and statistics as required to monitor progress.
- To respond to enquiries regarding the project.
- To comply with equal opportunities, valuing diversity, health and safety and tobacco policies as revised from time to time.

You will be required to work Monday-Friday (9:00-5:00pm). This is based on a 6 month contract and the pay negotiable.
