We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join our team in Leeds. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide technical support to our Senior Financial Planners and help maintain strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with Wealth Planners and their clients
  • Work closely with the administration team to ensure efficient and quality administration
  • Assist Wealth Planners with client bank management and diary management
  • Ensure timely and appropriate client reviews
  • Process Letters of Authority and submit business to various platforms and providers
  • Reconcile client fees and support Wealth Planners with new business opportunities
  • Assist with referrals and professional connections
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years administrative experience in an IFA/Wealth environment
  • Good knowledge of provider platforms
  • Responsibility, accountability, and proactivity
  • Attention to detail and pride in work
  • Strong communication skills
Package
  • Up to £32,000
