We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join our team in Leeds. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide technical support to our Senior Financial Planners and contribute to the delivery of excellent client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our Wealth Planners and their clients
  • Work closely with the administration team to facilitate efficient and quality administration
  • Assist Wealth Planners to maintain and manage client banks
  • Ensure client reviews are timely and in line with regulation
  • Process Letters of Authority and submit business to various platforms and providers
  • Reconcile client fees and support Wealth Planners to seek out new business opportunities
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years administrative experience in an IFA/Wealth environment
  • Good knowledge of provider platforms
  • Responsibility, accountability, and proactivity in role
  • Attention to detail and pride in work
  • Strong communication skills

  • Up to £32,000
