About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join our team at mbf. in Leeds. As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Wealth Planners and their clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with Wealth Planners and their clients
    • Work closely with the Administration team to facilitate efficient and quality administration
  • Administrative Support
    • Assist Wealth Planners to maintain and manage client banks
    • Manage Wealth Planner diaries
    • Ensure client reviews are timely and appropriate
    • Process Letters of Authority and submit business to various platforms and providers
  • Financial Planning Support
    • Assist Wealth Planners to seek out and nurture opportunities for new business
    • Support the Wealth Planners to explore opportunities for referrals and professional connections
  • Industry Knowledge
    • Maintain a basic level of industry knowledge through private reading and attending workshops
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years administrative experience in an IFA/Wealth environment
  • Good knowledge of various provider platforms
  • Responsibility, accountability, and the ability to be proactive and intuitive in role
  • Attention to detail and pride in work
  • Strong communicator, written, verbal, and listening
