IFA Administrator Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join our client's team in Leeds. As a key member of the financial planning team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to financial planners and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process new business applications and transactions across key financial products
  • Submit transaction and trade requests, including fund switches on and off platform
  • Obtain illustrations and product literature
  • Acquire client portfolio valuations
  • Prepare annual review packs for client meetings
  • Act as a key point of contact for financial planners and clients
  • Liaise with product providers
  • Action LOAs
  • Maintain accurate records of client financial situations
Requirements:
  • IFA/financial planning administration experience (essential)
  • Experience of using Intelligent Office (desirable)
  • Knowledge of provider platforms
  • Highly organized
