IDEX Consulting is partnering with a leading wealth management business to find a skilled Financial Planning Administrator to join their growing team.

The business has recently relocated to brand new offices, just a short walk from the city center train station, and continues to be an exciting place to work for staff who have demonstrated genuine progression across front and back office teams.

This role offers great exposure, working closely with experienced Financial Planners who are well-regarded across the business. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Financial Planners to deliver exceptional client outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication
  • Liaise with operational teams to provide support where needed
  • Prepare meeting packs and valuations to ensure seamless client interactions
  • Maintain accurate back-office systems and client records in line with company policies

The ideal candidate will have recent and relevant experience in a similar function, preferably within a Financial Advisory business. The company offers opportunities for study support and career progression, with a supportive leadership team.
