About the Role:

The Growth Company's Employment team is seeking a highly skilled Key Worker to join our team. As a Key Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering guidance and training services to customers under the supervision of the National Probation Service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized wellbeing plans that meet the unique needs and complexities of service users.
  • Manage a caseload of service users to achieve targets and ensure they receive a high-quality service.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including screening for learning difficulties and disabilities.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with local services to support service users, including signposting and case conferencing.
  • Deliver support to service users through various channels, including digital, group workshops, and face-to-face sessions.
  • Produce high-quality service user action plans and evaluate the effectiveness of group sessions.
  • Update wellbeing contract compliance and participate in observations and feedback sessions.

About You:

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including service user contact, team, and partnership working.
  • Confident delivery of one-to-one and group sessions.

Requirements:

  • Detailed knowledge of the local health and wellbeing support landscape, including statutory and community services.
  • Understanding of quality issues related to delivery in a Justice setting.
  • Recent experience of delivering personal wellbeing progressions and outcomes, particularly in a Criminal Justice setting.
  • Experience of managing a caseload of service users to support them in improving their wellbeing.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a focus on successful achievement of outcomes.
