Permanent Role

Salary Range: £34,391 - £37,670 per annum pro rata

We are pleased to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Lead Coordinator to join our Employment and Wellbeing division.

The ideal candidate will oversee a new initiative aimed at integrating Individual Placement and Support (IPS) employment assistance with local support teams for individuals experiencing homelessness.

Key Responsibilities:

The Lead Coordinator will report directly to the Head of Employment & Wellbeing and will manage a small group of Employment Specialists. The primary responsibilities include:

  • Directing a new initiative to effectively implement a pilot project that merges IPS employment support with local homelessness assistance teams.
  • Leading a proficient team of Employment Specialists to ensure positive and lasting employment results for our clients, aligned with their career aspirations.
  • Delivering a top-tier service that adheres to IPS Fidelity standards.
  • Providing operational oversight and guidance to the team.
  • Collaborating with partners, employers, and other stakeholders to enhance service delivery and improve outcomes for our clients.
